Three ways to book, all of which reach the same clinic at KPJ Damansara Specialist Hospital. Use whichever suits you. None of them is faster than the others.
How to book

Best if you are not sure whether you need this clinic at all, or if you would rather write it down than say it out loud. Messages are answered in clinic hours.

Through the hospital switchboard. Ask for extension 1212, which is the clinic directly. Best if you need a particular day or time, or need to move an appointment you already have.

Through the hospital’s own booking page, which shows the clinic days. Best if you are booking outside clinic hours or from a different time zone.
Keep medical details for the consultation rather than the message, where there is time to go through them properly.

Before you come
- Bring what you already have
- Previous scan reports, blood results, a semen analysis from another clinic, discharge summaries, and a list of any medication you take. Repeating a test that has already been done wastes an appointment.
- Both partners, for fertility
- For a first fertility appointment, come together if you can. Half the investigation is of the male partner, and it saves a second visit to go through it once, with both of you in the room.
- Finding the clinic
- Suite 1-34A, Level 1. The hospital is on Jalan SS 20/10 in Damansara Utama. Ask at the main reception for the clinic by name rather than by suite number.
- Coming from outside Malaysia
- Patients travel to Kuala Lumpur from Singapore, Indonesia and Brunei. Say so when you book, and the appointments can be grouped so that the tests and the consultation happen across as few days as possible.
